Get instant access to your imaging records online with our Imaging Portal!

Imaging records and report are now available through Clearpath! Instead of picking up a CD, you can access your records from the comfort of your home.

  • Your imaging records are stored and are accessible to you at any time, from any device.
  • You can instantly share these records with any doctor or family member.

How Automated Delivery works:

Important: Automated Delivery is available only for patients who have recently completed a visit at RAVE.

  1. Within 72 hours of your visit, you will receive an email notifying you that your records are ready. This message will include your portal login information.
  2. First-time users will receive a separate email containing a temporary password to access the portal.
  3. Once Logged in, you can view, download, and share your imaging records and reports at any time.

Note: If you haven’t visited RAVE recently, you’ll need to create your own Clearpath account to request prior imaging records. See the steps below under How to Request Prior Records.

How to Request Prior Records

  1. Create an account by clicking: Create Account.
  2. Enter your first and last name, date of birth, e-mail, and time zone.
  3. Once you create your account a temporary password will be sent to your email
  4. Use the temporary password and your email address to log in.
  5. Once logged into Clearpath, select the Request Record Tab
  6. To request a record, select the Request Record button on the bottom right corner
  7. Select Record Custodian (RAVE)

  8. Select records to request, body part, and date range
  9. Agree to the terms and conditions and submit.

**Once submitted, facility will review and process. Once the request is processed, if approved you will see your images under the My Records Tab**
